Dry Bar and Custom Table
This client wanted to add some pizazz to their finished basement by adding a dry bar and custom table for entertaining.

A New Ceiling
One of our clients had a terrible problem. The HVAC unit in their attic leaked and, unfortunately, caved in the ceiling causing a bit of water damage.

So, Jeff had to cut away the damaged pieces and add blocking before he could replace the drywall and reinsulate the ceiling.

Then after taping, blocking, skimming, and sanding, the ceiling was ready for a fresh coat of paint.

All done!

Installing New Fans and Light Fixtures
Our clients had just moved into their new home and needed ceiling fans installed inside their house and out on their porch. This is one of the many services we offer.

They also needed new pendant lights over their island installed.

Giving an old piece a new look.

AFTER
Do you have old furniture that you love but it is kind of “blah”? After a light sanding using a 60-Grit sanding sponge, this old piece was ready for it’s new look. Using high quality chalk paint and a small roller made this project go from start to finish in hardly any time at all. We used black spray paint on the door pulls and locks and just love how this piece turned out.

This “new” accent piece brings the room together.

Putting together furniture
Another cost saving home service we offer is putting together furniture for our clients. Often, it is quite cost effective to purchase furniture from popular websites like Wayfair or IKEA, but, putting together furniture can be tricky and if you are not careful, your new furniture will not function properly.
This cube shelf came from Walmart. It will make organizing my craft closet a snap!

Giving an old bathroom a new look
Another home service we offer is a bathroom refresh. This client had painted their bathroom sky blue when their children were young and decorated the walls with colorful fish. So fun! Once the kiddos moved out, they were ready for something new, yet, affordable. The refresh included a fresh coat of paint, a new floor, a new toilet, and a new light fixture. Ta Da! Refreshed!!

Just for fun!!
The beginning of the 2020 pandemic was hard on everyone. Schools and businesses shut down. So, with all our free time, we decided to build out an old van so that we could have a mobile dining room and something to camp in. This is not one of the home services we offer, but, we could guide someone interested in building out a van. We learned a lot!
We were inspired by the these big ideas and the lots of videos of VAN LIFE on YouTube.

We started with a 2000 12-passenger Dodge Ram Van 2500. After taking the seats out, we insulated the floor and built upwards from there.

We were now ready for our first adventure! We enjoyed camping at Assateague State Park in Maryland!
