Jenise Blondin, Owner/Operator

“We had a dream, that turned into a goal! Jeff and I both grew up in Northern Virginia and, after raising our children there, we wanted to start a business in Delaware, close to the shore, to bring our excellent home services to our new community.”

We founded Blackbird Home Services to bring our family values and our brand of excellence to the Lewes Area.

Jeff, pictured here with our son Julio, has nearly 30 years experience in the construction industry. Throughout Northern Virginia, Jeff has managed the construction of new homes from the ground up, remodeled existing homes, and built out commercial spaces.
